Refund policy

All sales are final. Every piece at Keeper Supply Co. is one-of-one vintage, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review the photos, size, and measurements before you buy, and email us with any questions first.

When we will refund you:

• Item unavailable: If we can't secure your piece after you order, we'll cancel the order and you won't be charged, or you'll get a full refund if payment was already taken.
• Not as described: If your item arrives significantly different from its listing (wrong item, wrong size, or undisclosed condition issues), email us within 3 days of delivery with photos for a full refund, including shipping.
• Damaged in transit: Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Normal signs of age shown or described in the listing (fading, wear, minor marks) are part of vintage and aren't grounds for a refund.
