How sourcing works

Good vintage. A different way to shop.

Keeper curates independently listed vintage pieces. We source each piece after you order, rather than holding every item in our own inventory.

1. A good eye does the finding.

We look for sporting roots, useful quality, and character. Each listing will include the available sizing and condition information to help you choose.

2. Your order starts the sourcing.

We confirm availability and secure your piece from its current holder. Because independently listed items can sell elsewhere, availability can change.

3. A little care. Then it's yours.

Your find comes to us for inspection, cleaning as appropriate, and repackaging before we ship it to you. Sourcing adds time compared with shipping an item already on our shelves.

Before the first collection opens

Delivery estimates, shipping options, and the terms that apply if a piece is no longer available will be published before we begin taking orders.
